VA Bio+Tech Research Partnership

The VA Bio+Tech Park is managed by the Virginia Biotechnology Research Partnership Authority. The Authority was created by the Commonwealth of Virginia and gives the Park the ability to:

Form and issue bonds
Participate in joint ventures
Create entities
Invest in companies
Lend and borrow money
Accept federal, state, and private grants
Buy and sell property
