Start-ups face special challenges in hiring
Finding an employee who fits with your corporate culture
can be tough to do, especially when you’re a start-up
company. Annette Lane, director of business development at
Quantum Resources, outlined the rules of interviewing and
described effective tactics that would draw out the best candidates
to local entrepreneurs, scientists and industry affiliates
who attended September's "Brown Bag" luncheon. The
luncheon, organized by the Virginia Biosciences Development
Center, was sponsored by Quantum Resources.
