A strong referral system can be a powerful tool to help young companies grow their businesses. That was the strategy lesson offered by Lane Kelly, sales process consultant with Lucid Consulting Group, LLC, during the May "Brown Bag" luncheon organized by the Virginia Biosciences Development Center. The May 1 luncheon, held at the Virginia BioTechnology Research Park, was sponsored by Cherry Bekaert & Holland and featured a Metanon board game give-away by start-up company kSERO Corp., Inc. Metanon is a new children’s board game focused on teaching children about DNA and genetics in a fun and exciting way.
