BioTech One is a 100,000-square-foot, multi-tenant facility,
immediately adjacent to the BioTech Center and joined via
an atrium and common entry. The facility offers custom-fitted
laboratory, research and office space and is home to established
biosciences companies, research institutes and the Virginia
Commonwealth University Office of Technology Transfer and
Office of Sponsored Research. Leases in BioTech One can be
