BioTech Eight
 Biotech Eight will be the Park’s third multi-tenant facility. To accommodate the growth of companies that are currently located at the Park, as well as the increasing number of companies interested in relocating to the Park’s downtown campus, the facility will contain custom-fitted laboratory, research and office space as well as various common facilities. Leases in Biotech Eight can be structured as full-service leases or other alternatives to accommodate a company’s unique requirements.
Facilities and common benefits of Biotech Eight will include conference rooms, loading dock and a 24-hour security system. Tenants also would have access to other common amenities at the Park, which include:
