The Park offers a range of space options — from as little as 100 square feet in the Park’s incubator facility to 100,000 square feet or more in new facilities downtown or on the Park’s suburban campuses that can be designed and built specifically to meet a company’s special needs. Space in the Park’s multi-tenant buildings can be custom-outfitted for companies, research institutes and other life sciences entities.
